I placed an order for the bra from the Wmbra.com website and when I received it I was surprised to see it came from China. Before placing my order I had followed the size chart on the website, so color me surprised when the bras arrived and were not my size even though I had followed the exact measurements on the size chart. Also the bra was made from inferior materials, the quality is zero. I was beyond disappointed and opted for a refund. However connecting to customer care was not easy. Another thing to note is the terrible customer service, i tried for ages to get to customer care and when they finally answered me I was asked to pay $50-70 for shipping. Quite Outrageous.

In as much as the Bras look comfortable and authentic , there are however negative customer reviews online about this bra and the website selling it is a new website that was created recently in May 2022 and expires May 2024.

Don’t fall for this like I did. I ordered 2 bras from wmbra which cost £46.95 including £6.50 postage. Waited 3 weeks and was surprised to see they had come from CHINA. On inspection the quality was poor; fabric really flimsy and certainly not offering any ‘up-lift’ or posture correction as advertised. The fabric was simply raw edged with no strength at all. I immediately contacted them on by email and received an email back within minutes informing me that I could return the goods at my own expence to China (£15-30) or accept an immediate refund of £6 !!
