I am usually a smart shopper–I am heart sick–big assortment of stuff was mostly gifts for others I dont have the $$ to replace. I checked their updates every other day–looked like it was moving. Says it was delivered today 6/30/23–NO packages—I called USPS and they said they needed a tracking number for them. A hard lesson to learn for an elderly lady. I think these RIP-OFF companies should not be allowed to be on the internet. I have very needed blouses ordered also from another company and guessing it is a scam too!! I am from a small town and just a couple of stores–so it makes me mad. Thank you for listening
I went through the same experience. Wild Ant even said the items were delivered, and they were not.
I wish these reviews had been online before I ordered. I am reporting it to my bank tomorrow. The sad thing is they all came out the day after I ordered. They stated my package had been delivered on 7/4 in the US. I don’t think so. In my case, they did not state the delivery company was UPS or USPS, just a delivery. However, they made it from California to NY in record time. I have emailed them. I will edit this to let you know if they respoind.
I paid for two (2) items since end May. It is stated on its tracking record that the package had been delivered by USPS at ‘Mailbox/courtyard front door porch’ (I don’t know where that is) on 30th June. No one has seen any package with my name on it. I contacted the company and customer service stated that it is my fault if I did not receive it as I recorded a wrong address. Would you believe it? USPS has no record of it. I asked for a refund and was told that they are encountering losses and can only afford 50%. I am still waiting for that. Will tell you if and when I receive it.
I too was ripped off. I am so glad I didn’t order more like I wanted. I thought I was smarter than this fell for the name
I placed 2 orders and I want to know when I will get it or I need a refund ASAP! order #21878
Do not fall for this scam. These fraudsters have embedded their scam into the Bed Bath and Beyond advertisements and do not deliver goods or refunds.
I thought I was ordering from Bed, Bath & Beyond, a store I was familiar with. I thought the prices were so low because the ad said they were going out of business. When I received the confirmation email, was surprised that it was from Wild Ant, a company I have never heard of. I made this order on June 16, 2023. They sent an email with a tracking number which I checked on and the first time I checked, it was leaving the country. The next time I checked, it said it had been delivered July 16. I checked it on July 19 and nothing was delivered on that day. I am so angry that I fell for this scam.

I ordered some sheets which I thought was from bed, bath and beyond on June 11, got charged but have not received my merchandise my order # 20252
Same here, I ordered from what I thought was Bed Bath and Beyond tried to track order finally said it was delivered to some place with a courtyard entrance. I do not have this at my home. Any way to help? I am sad to see the order not coming as half of it was for some small persons birthdays. Other items were just updates of my own bed linens.
i also was scammed. i received the same message that it was delivered at courtyard. they had my address. i was going to report it to my bank but would have to get a new debit card and give up my debit card that i use now. to much hassel and now i see that you can only get 50% back.
I, too, am usually a very smart shopper. And I also wish this had been posted before I placed my order. When the first order didn’t arrive as the tracking app said I waited another 37 days for them to make good on this purchase. As with the first the tracking app said it was delivered when it was not.
I used my Apple Pay for this and was just contacted by Apple and they offered to reimburse 80% of the purchase price. At least I didn’t give them my credit card number.
I guess procrastination for once paid off. I wanted to order some bedding and had already searched for a bunch of other items due to the unbelievable prices. As I said, I never got around to actually put in the order and tonight, I checked if it was not too late, since BBB has already closed it’s doors and to my surprise, I find all these complaints about having been scammed.
The prices were quite unbelievable, a down comforter for a king size bed, $9.99 but as someone else said, BBB was going out of business, but when I checked in the actual store, their discount prices were not even near those prices, actually I thought they were rather high, so I bought nothing.
As the saying goes, if it seems to be too good to be true, it usually is.
