What is WallPilates.com?

WallPilates.com offers wall-based Pilates workouts, appealing to those seeking a low-impact routine. However, customers have raised concerns about unexpected charges and difficulty canceling subscriptions.

Many report being charged for months after signing up for a trial, feeling misled by unclear terms and hidden fees. These issues are warning signs for potential users.

Customers’ Reactions

WallPilates.com has got mixed feedbacks from its users on external party. Here are what users have to say —-

Advertised as a monthly subscription but then charge you a full year. Asked for a refund as soon as I realised but have been given the same canned and repetitive apologies wishing they could help and apologising for any inconvenience (as per their replies in all the feedback on this site). They are refusing to provide a refund stating that their terms and conditions are clear. Locking someone in for 12 months of a product where the person asked for a refund immediately is illegal. Don’t do the survey on the site as it sucks you in and traps you into a full 12month charge but appears as a monthly amount. Very deceitful and desperate that they are trapping people this way.

If you enjoy throwing money down the drain and then further enjoy dealing with some of the worst customer service you’re likely to ever receive, then look no further, this is the company for you!
As you can see from the reviews they are nothing short of consistent with thousands of unhappy customers and superb false adverting tag lines to reel you in.
If you want to save some money, feel free to give me half of what you would give to these crooks and I’ll give you the same experience for a fraction of the cost!

However, there are few satisfactory remarks from users of the Fitness Program. See yourself —

I have completed 79 of the basic pilates workouts. This program has improved the tone of my legs, abs, and arms. On days when I want more of a challenge, I will repeat the series of exercises.

I had really good customer service from Wall Pilates. Things I didn’t like is not having an app to find the workouts & I found it odd to be billed monthly from Wire Salad??? Dmitri from Customer Service was quick to reply & follow thru with my request.

Other Findings Made on WallPilates.com

Many users feel scammed by WallPilates.com’s confusing pricing, especially with trial offers or discounts. Some report multiple charges even after canceling, with one customer unexpectedly billed 12 times more.

The company often sends generic apologies, asking users to contact support, but many say they get little help and continue to be billed. This adds to the frustration and mistrust around WallPilates.com.

While it could be a solid fitness program, the business practices are worrying. If you’re considering trying it, be sure to read the terms carefully and understand all fees upfront.
