This settlement benefits borrowers who entered into a retail installment sales contract with Santander Consumer USA for financing the purchase of a motor vehicle, and whose vehicles were repossessed by Santander after the lender sent a notice of repossession to a Pennsylvania address between June 30, 2014, and July 9, 2020.

How To Be Part of This Settlement

No claim form is required to benefit from the settlement. Class members who do not exclude themselves will automatically receive a settlement payment.

The deadline for exclusion and objection is Sept. 22, 2023.
