Ordered 3 swim suits. 6 weeks later receive a swimsuit I did not order! Sent message with picture of what I received and asked where my suits were. 2 months later still have not received my suits and customer service just asks for picture of what I received! Be ware China. They act like they don’t understand! Rip off!

I had ordered a top from Rotita. They had a backlog so I did not get it for Christmas. I decided to cancel the order. May was very helpful in getting me a refund. It came through on Paypal quickly. I did order a different sweater awhile back. I got that one and have worn it 3 times. I have received many compliments. It’s a Christmas sweater and very cute and festive.
