Under the terms of the settlement, class members can receive up to $3,500 for unreimbursed data breach losses. This includes bank fees, communication charges, travel expenses, credit costs, monetary losses due to fraud or identity theft and up to four hours of lost time at a rate of $15 per hour.
Losses will only be reimbursed if they have not already been reimbursed through credit monitoring insurance or identity theft insurance and occurred between Nov. 1, 2021, and Aug. 17, 2023.
