These include the following cases: Dugan v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, M.D.N.C., Case No. 1:21-cv-341; Padalecki v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, D. Nev., Case No. 2:21-cv-938; Jones v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, N.D. Ill., Case No. 1:21-cv-3217; Keil v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, N.D.N.Y., Case No. 6:21-cv-697; Miller v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, M.D. Fla., Case No. 8:21-cv-1349; Dehner v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, E.D. Mich., Case No. 1:21-cv-11460; Devereaux v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, et al., C.D. Cal., Case No. 5:21-cv-873; and Friday, et al. v. Nationstar Mortgage LLC, W.D.N.C., Case No. 1:21-cv-165 (together, the “Actions”).
All of these Actions, with the exception of Dugan v. Nationstar, will be pending final approval of this Settlement with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, which will retain jurisdiction of the matter for Settlement purposes.
On April 23, 2021, Defendants ACI Worldwide, Inc., ACI Payments, Inc., ACI Worldwide Corp. (collectively “ACI”) and/or its vendors inadvertently caused incorrect Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) debit and credit entries to be sent to the bank accounts of certain borrowers whose mortgage loans were serviced by Nationstar Mortgage LLC (“Nationstar”) (the “Incident”).
Who Is Eligible?
This settlement benefits all individuals who were Subject to The Savannah College of Art and Design Data Security Incident and Previously Received a Notice Letter Notifying You of the Data Security Incident.
To be eligible to make a claim, you must have received a notice letter of the SCAD Data Security Incident that occurred in August 2022.
How To Be Part of This Settlement
For class member to partake in this settlement, class members must submit a claim using a Claim Form in order to receive benefits under the Settlement by November 13, 2023.
The deadline for objection and exclusion from this settlement is April 29, 2023.

The pay for this settlement varies and the proof of purchase is necessary.
