AFTER WAITING A WEEK I EMAILED AND RECEIVED A RESPONSE THAT THEY WOULD CHECK INTO IT AND I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE TODAY TELLING ME ALL ABOUT THE SUPER MOON POD AND THAT SOMETIMES IT TAKES A LITTLE LONGER. A MONTH WITH NO RETURN CORRESPONDENCE???? FEDEX RECORDS SHOW THEY DIDN’T RECEIVE IT TIL 3/15. POOR SERVICE IS BAD ENOUGH, BUT AT LEAST TELL THE TRUTH! THIS IS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD.
