If you purchased Small Bearings in the United States directly from either Defendant during the period from June 1, 2003, through February 15, 2017, you may be a member of the MINEBEA Settlement Class. If you remained in the MINEBEA Settlement Class and you wish to share in the settlement proceeds attributable to that settlement, you must complete and submit a valid Claim Form no later than October 26, 2023.
