Warning. Terrible Customer service from Miagadget.
I ordered a phone with 6-8 working days delivery. After 30 days still no phone. According to tracking it was never received by Royal Mail. Contacted Miagadget several times via email as they have no working phone number. They said they were investigating but after I requested a refund after 30 working days had passed they stopped replying to my emails. Have now had to seek reimbursement from my credit card company. Miagadget appears to be a Hong Kong based company and shares a customer service phone number with “techinthebasket.com”; which is just a recorded message saying send an email.
