It was st Valentines day and decided to visit Calais France for 1 day escape and shopping. So at Cite Europe Calais mall we visited Electro depot in which we had the worst experience. Very poor customer service, nobody knows anything. When you pay cash at the till they try to steal you the change. I ordered an oven through these guys and added on the service to take the old oven with them and install they new-built in oven as well.

They failed to take the oven with or to install the new oven. Now neither electro depot nor the delivery service want to take the responsibility for this breach of contract nor are they willing to refund these costs to me. absolute horror show
