i keep telling myself DO NOT ORDER OFF OF FB! i made an order dec. 26, 2023 for $44 total that’s including shipping and shipping insurance! i started emailing them about the status of order as the tracking number would show it’s at a location for days. dziowa reps emailed me back telling me to be patient-after waiting over a month, i’ve been more than patient! i got a small package from??? and there was a ring inside and brochure saying that ring was worth a substantial amount of money. i looked up the website for the ring which had a copyright date of 2016. i didn’t order jewelry. i again went to the tracking website and it said the order was delivered. the tracking number on mysterious ring matched. i emailed dziowa again and demanded a refund immediately. i’ve emailed everytime they’ve responded to my request for refund saying it takes a long time for them to refund and to once again be patient. i also paid through paypal but somehow the transaction came straight out through my bank. i disputed the charge with bank and they refunded my $44 but i don’t know if they’ll take it out again. i email dziowa’s representatives, “banana” and lele and emma everyday and every response is for me to be patient. i feel stupid and disappointed because i was really looking forward to receiving the clothes! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DZIOWA! SCAM SCAM SCAM i still see their ads but the company is under s different name but once ya click in, it’s them. THIEVES!
I had same situation how do I contact them? I also received rings I placed my order dec 26th waited one month there was suppose to be 12 items shipped! I myself did not check reviews before ordering!! I’ve been scammed will try to recoup my money from bank $47 thank you for the review
They screwed me out of $48.00.
These ppl are the worst, everyday I would get a response from Violet, sweetie, Bambi, assuring me ,that my order had been sent,and when I tracked it it said that it had been delivered which it hadn’t. They said that they resent it and it had to be processed and I would receive tracking # in a couple of days. This company is a SCAM. When it looks to good to be true follow your gut bc it isn’t.
They did me the same way. I still haven’t gotten anything I ordered, but did receive two rings…..which I did not order!! Now, you can’t find them at all. I also got an email telling me to be ‘patient.’ Several of my family members still haven’t gotten their Christmas gifts because of these scammers!!!
I am another one who has been scammed. A $78.20 order on December 29, 2022 and it’s still not here. I received the stupid ring also and emailed them and told them I don’t want it and where do I send it back. They said it was a gift and they send it to be sure of the correct address(?) I email them almost daily and get the “please be patient” response. I’m headed to my bank to get this charge reversed. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
