All of the above complaints are familiar. I have filed a complaint with http://www.bbb.org. There are other complaints about this SHAM company. They offer refunds/returns but don’t comply. They offer you a stipend $15 inconvenience fee. If you want to return items for full refund, you must ship to their Dubai warehouse at your own expense. Buyer beware …. do not order from this company.
