Insight Global announced last April that COVID-19 tracing information it kept may have become available to the public for a short time period despite it only supposed to be viewable by authorized employees and health care professionals. 

Harvard settled a class action lawsuit this month, agreeing to a settlement that ended claims it breached its contract with students by moving classes online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Students argued Harvard owed them a full tuition refund for the 2020 school year, after the university transitioned in-person classes to remote online learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The federal judge overseeing the complaint had previously dismissed the case before later reopening it. Details of the settlement between Harvard and the student class were not immediately available.

Two former ESPN employees filed a lawsuit against ESPN and its majority owner Disney, arguing the companies illegally fired them after they refused to get the COVID-19 vaccine. 

The former employees claim the companies denied their requests for religious exemption to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate in what they argue was a violation of federal disability law, Title VII and Connecticut state laws. 

They also allege ESPN and Disney are guilty of religious discrimination and workplace retaliation.
