How To Be Part of This Settlement
For class member to partake in this settlement, class members must submit a valid claim form on the settlement website by September 7, 2023.
Claims must be received by 60 days after Final Approval, which could be as early as December 11, 2023.
If you wish to exclude yourself from this settlement, write to the Settlement Administrator to opt out of the Settlement.
