Very bad service never again in my life will use this travel agents company , they no empathy at for people , want to steel money whenever they have chance .

We booked our trip to newzealand through this agency thinking that we could depend on them, our outward trip home got cancelled, they sent an email saying as much and that they had reschedule our flight, to be told at the airport that they had rescheduled again, but not informing us of that change, they took down all email correspondence to make it look like we missed the plane, we ended up having to buy more ticket to our destination, we are to older ladies and for them to just abandoned us we were gutted. Please please think twice about using this cheapoair.
