This business is a scam, at least in part. I purchased 2 shirts from them, of which they note they’re located in London (their site the address is added as a graphic, not text) and on their FAQ page they note that shirts arrive in the USA within 7-12 days. After 3-weeks I contacted them and there was no reply. I then contacted PayPal (the payment processor) and they contacted them. It was then that I received a reply with a tracking number. I looked up the number from the shipping carrier and it noted that it was in China, and had remained there for 10 days. I replied to that email noting that I wanted a refund due to the delay and since Chinese shirts are a lot smaller than USA sizes. No reply. Two weeks later the shirts did arrive, and yes, they were a lot smaller, for which I couldn’t even button them even though I had ordered a size larger than I typically do since I wanted to be sure they would fit. PayPal has since closed my case since the shirts arrived. This business misrepresents their location, does not mention the shirts are made in China, don’t mention the sizing, and their shipping is very slow. I certainly wouldn’t order from them again.
I purchased 7 shirts from Celenlda. I did receive the shirts, but the clothing sizing was way off. The arms were about 6 inches too long and the waistline about 6 inches too short. I had to contact the company to get an address for returns as it was not listed on the website and no return slips included. After my first communication requesting the address, I was asked to send photos of each item, the packaging and labels. Still no address supplied. After the 2nd request for an address, I was told I could donate the shirts and get a 20% refund. When I replied this was unacceptable, I was told I could return the shirts to the address they finally provided in China, pay for all shipping charges and wait for over a month OR I could accept a 50% refund. I’d say this is a scam!
