In response to an ad on my phone for Biogen Keto ACV, I thought I would give them a try. The advertisement offered a special of 3 bottles of Biogen Keto ACV for $36.95 per bottle with an additional 3 bottles FREE. There were other packages, but I wanted to try the product, so I ordered the package with the 3 free bottles. I used by bank card and got a message that my order was received. The only problem was the order they showed was for 6 bottles of Biogen Keto ACV @ $39.99 for a total of $239.99 plus a bottle of some kind of cleanse for $59.99.
When we saw this we tried to contact customer service. We tried for 2 hrs and got no where. They refused to let us talk to a supervisor. The money was taken out of our account and yet they said they had no record of the transaction. We never got a conformation number or a order number to refer to.
We reported it to our bank and they put a hold on the account. We did get the product on Sat Aug 26th. 6 bottles of keto and 2 bottles of cleanse. This is not what we ordered and can not return it with out an RMA#. We do not want this product and advise anyone else to stay clear of this company unless you have money to throw away. If anybody knows how to send this stuff back, we would like to know how to get our $ 299.00 back!
I have had much the same experience.
I did order some gummies although my card was charged a much larger amount than what ordered.
My problem is that the package did eventually arrive, despite me cancelling the order almost immediately after placing it. I am now trying to return the package unopened but these people are like ghosts.

same thing has happened to me. I tried all day today and got a stupid recording saying same thing they said to you. I called my credit card company and they said I needed to talk to the company and the charge was the same $299.93. If you get any answers of how to get this charge stopped please adviseme.
Well I wish I would have looked up the product online before purchasing. I was overcharged as well with products I did not order. I have no company number to even call and receive a bogus reply from them. Anyone receive any information on this bogus company please post.

I ordered the gummies and they also charged me for cleanser. The told charge was $180. 00. I called the phone number that was provided and was told that I had the wrong company. That they did not have any information with my information. I called my bank and placed a fraudulent charge. The bank is looking into it. Wish I would of check it out first!!!

I called the # & the first order I received, I was refunded $299.99 Yesterday I received another order & again called my bank & was given a# to call. The lady I talked to was a foreigner, was told that she could of Dr me 50% refund, then said a 70%, but I refused both, told her I wanted full refund, because I cancelled the “subscription” when I received 1 st order finally, she agreed & told me that she had refunded $239.99 back to my account, would show up to 3to 5 business days,! She was very nice, but I had to keep insisting on full return! So, today, I am going to call my bank & they will have to issue another card!
