Yhis settlement benefits all individuals in the United States who, since January 1, 2015 through May 23, 2023, paid any amount of money for a Hand Sanitizer Product that was sold or otherwise distributed by Artnaturals, Inc.
By asking to be excluded, you will not share in the settlement or receive a cash payment from it. This is the only option that allows you to file another lawsuit for the claims that have been asserted or could have been asserted in this lawsuit.
