What Is This Class Action All About?
The Allura siding settlement covers claims for qualifying damage — cracking, bowing, shrinkage, warping, breakage, or gapping greater than 3/16 of an inch — in the siding as well as alleged property damage resulting from the failed siding.
Class Members filing a claim must choose one of three compensation options: replacement and repair, a quick cash option, or a cash option with proof of repair. Those choosing the replacement and repair option will receive:
