What is Agoda
Agoda Claims to be an online travel platform that brings high-value and rewarding travel experiences to people all over the world.
They claim to be is your best ally to find the perfect hotel at the cheapest price. They also claim to create unbeatable prices that cant be found anywhere else whilst making your travel experience an unforgettable one.
Agoda has a consumer rating of 1 star indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
There are so many negative reviews from customers on Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, Tripadvisor about Gosplitty. Customers have complained that they have a terrible customer service, and the fact that they find it hard to cancel bookings or even refund customers.
They purposely advertise better rooms on other platforms to trick people into booking with them and when you get to the hotel, they tell you you booked a MUCH cheaper room. Literal scams and their customer service takes days to get back to you, so there is no help to be found. On top of this, they recognize how they are tricking people and could care less to resolve the situation.

The worst travel site. They use “third party” contractors in between them and the bookings, so they basically cannot help you with anything. After recieving several technical error messages, they still charged my card multiple times for the same booking and refused to help me get the extra bookings refunded.

Don’t use agoda use booking.com. poor customer service didn’t refund a 7 day hotel stay because I didn’t check in because it was a room for one hour a day and hotel reception said they will tell agoda to return the money. The discounted rooms on agoda just seem to be normal prices once you check in.

Just like Viagogo and Gotogate we have reviewed, Customers seem to be disappointed about this site and have called it for what it is a SCAM!
Customers have complained that they were sold invalid tickets too.
